How do I refund a customer from my World Pay merchant account?

1. Find the customer's name under the list of Recent Purchases on your MyCryptoPay account.
2. Click on that person's name and just to the left you will see a transaction ID.
3. Call the World Pay help desk at 800-846-4472 and provide the support associate with your merchant information and the transaction ID to be refunded.
